Buying property in Dubai is about to get faster, with registration times reduced from days to minutes. This improvement comes after the Dubai Land Department (DLD) partnered with the top seven developers, giving them access to its registration system for all real estate transactions.
This partnership not only empowers developers but also significantly boosts registration capacity. The developers—Emaar, Damac, Binghatti, Aldar, Sobha, Azizi, and Danube—now have full authority to register and audit transactions, benefiting both developers and investors.
In July, Emaar led the off-plan market with a 23% share and 2,077 transactions, followed by Danube and Sobha, which secured 6.9% and 6.5% market shares, respectively.
