Royal Falcon Real Estate operates under valid trade and RERA licences. All agents and brokers are required to hold RERA registration cards and follow professional and ethical practices as mandated by UAE law. Any cooperation with third-party brokers must be subject to a signed Co-Brokerage or Referral Agreement.

4. Listings & Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure that property listings and details displayed on our Site are accurate and updated. However, property prices, availability, descriptions, images, and other information may change without prior notice. Buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants are responsible for independently verifying details before making decisions.

5. Off-Plan Properties & Escrow Rules

For off-plan developments, payments must be made to the developer’s approved escrow account in accordance with Dubai regulations. Royal Falcon Real Estate assists with guidance but does not manage or control escrow accounts.

6. Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance

All transactions handled by Royal Falcon Real Estate are subject to UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations. We may request identification documents, proof of funds, or other compliance-related information before proceeding with services. Failure to provide such documents may result in service refusal.

7. Privacy & Personal Data

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Information collected through the Site or our services is used solely for providing real estate services, communication, and legal compliance. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.

8. Permitted Use

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Falcon Real Estate and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
